When to use this
When someone leaves five stars and actually wrote something. Always reply to these — not just out of politeness, but because you're really writing for the people who read reviews later. They judge your business by how you respond.

I'm really glad you mentioned [the specific thing they praised] — that's the part we care most about getting right.

The most common mistake
Replying "Thanks for your support!" A canned line makes your whole review page look like a bot, and it wastes a chance to make a point. Quote the specific thing they mentioned — the dish, the service — so it's obvious you read it.
When the situation is different
If what they praised happens to be what you most want to be known for (made by hand, baked that morning), add a line about how you do it. That isn't bragging — it's giving future readers a concrete reason.
After you reply
Nothing more is needed for a 5-star, but if they're a regular, mention the review next time they come in. Being noticed keeps people around better than any discount.
