"What Are Your Hours?" / "Where Are You?" — Answer It Once
When to send this
The most-asked question, and usually the least necessary to answer twice. The goal isn't just to answer — it's to remove their second question before they ask it.
The reply (copy it)
Hours, address, how to get there
Hi! Here's everything:
📍 [address]
🕐 [hours] (closed [day])
🚗 [parking / transit note]
Just walk in — no booking needed!
The most common mistake
Answering only what was asked. They ask for the address, you send the address — then they ask about parking, then about closing time. Send all of it at once (address, hours, closed days, parking) and you save yourself three messages while they save the wait.
When the situation is different
If you're hard to find (down an alley, upstairs, no sign), include how to recognise the place: what the entrance looks like, what's next door. A correct address they still can't find is as frustrating as a wrong one.
After you send it
If this comes up more than five times a week, put the answer in an auto-reply or your bio. That's not laziness — it's saving your attention for the messages that actually need judgment.
