How to Reply to a Quote Request (Copy-Paste Email Template)
When to send this
When a customer asks about your pricing. This is the highest-intent moment in your whole sales process — they're already considering buying, and how fast you reply often matters more than the number itself.

Variant: when the situation is different
If they haven't told you enough to price it, don't guess. Ask one specific question first (quantity, size, timeline), then say you'll send an exact number right after. That's not stalling — it stops you from quoting wrong and having to walk it back.
After you send it
If there's no reply after 2–3 business days, follow up once. Don't ask "any thoughts on this?" — that adds pressure and gives you nothing. Ask "is there anything I can clarify?" instead.
