Rank by what's broken, not by how impressive it sounds

Four tiers, ordered by how fast you can start and whether it fixes a pain you actually have right now — not by feature count. The earlier tiers work without changing how you already operate. The later tiers ask you to hand off part of the process.

Tier 1: this week, free, 15 minutes to start

You're still the one hitting send — the AI just saves you from writing the wording from scratch.
